Engineer & Technical Support Engineer for Sales

TQC
is looking for 2 Graduate Engineers to fill 2 challenging roles.
Are
you a Mechatronics or Mechanical engineer, a graduate with limited
working experience or a fully qualified engineer who is experienced
and looking for an exciting new challenge?
You
will need to be qualified to degree level, ideally with 3D CAD experience,
an understanding of integrated IT systems will be a distinct advantage.
Our projects are unique and different just like the people we seek
to employ.
The
types of project we engineer include; testing V6 engines on a 90
second takt time to ensure that they do not leak oil or water, fixturing
Mini bumpers for robotic painting, handling radio-pharmacy drugs,
assembling a 9 part plastic mechanism at one every 8 seconds. TQC
is also a Kawasaki Robotics system partner so working with robotic
application is common.
These
positions are for full time employment, to start as soon as possible
at our site in Nottingham.

project
engineer's role
We
require an innovative Project Engineer who is capable of multi-tasking
over a wide range of engineering disciplines. This position is to
join a team of engineers designing solutions for industrial automation,
test equipment and mechanical handling.
The
successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their
ability to work on and execute projects from the initial design
stage, through manufacturing and test, to on site commissioning
and support.
We
operate a fully integrated IT network and would expect applicants
to be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and database packages.
3D CAD experience would be an advantage.

to a range of industries including automotive, electrical, pharmaceutical
and food. We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate their
ability to provide innovative solutions to the engineering problems
presented to them and their team .
technical
support engineer's role
To
assist in the promotion of engineering solutions to pharmaceutical,
food, automotive and electrical industries, working within our busy
Sales department. TQC is a team of flexible, creative and professional
engineers working on a wide and interesting range of bespoke engineering
projects using the latest technology packages.
The
position involves developing machine and system concepts, obtaining
quotations for proprietary equipment, producing scheme drawings
and layouts, plus developing formal contract proposal documents.
You must be a self-starting engineer with good presentation skills
with an ability to liaise with senior client contacts.
TQC
operate an integrated IT system using WP, spreadsheets and databases.
3D CAD experience would be an advantage.
