Series 40

        Standard leak testing fixture

TQC have recently developed a low cost, standard leak testing bench with integral plc control, capable of housing either the TS500 or the new S9 leak testing instruments.

The unit incorporates:

Standard aluminium extrusion bench

Universal fixture area

Light guard, sliding or self guarding

Fully automatic sealing fixture

PLC control system

Castors for flexible location

Built in TS500 or S9

Standard operator interface panel

Suitable for medium to high volume applications

This series is configurable for either over-pressure, vacuum or dosing applications.
